Description
What could be better than your teen cooking a family meal for you? Suitable for students in school years 9-13 (so roughly aged 13-18), we’ll prepare the main elements of your family meal for up to 4 people (more heads can be added for only a small additional cost). Most dishes will just need popping in the oven to cook, whenever you’re ready to eat them over the next day or two. We may also suggest additional elements that you might wish to provide to complete your meal (for example: buns, condiments & salad for the burgers).
The full course is as follows; just book the ones you fancy on a PAYG basis (this week in bold):
- Sun 2 Mar, 10am: Burgers stuffed with Melting-Middle Cheese, and Spiced Potato Wedges (beef unless vege requested)
- Sun 16 Mar, 10am: Pesto-topped Salmon with a Potato & Veg Traybake (halloumi or flat mushrooms as the vege alternative)
- Sun 30 Mar, 10am: Bacon (or pea), Leek & Mushroom Pasta Bake
- Sat 26 Apr, 2pm: San Choy Bow (Pork/turkey mince Chinese stir-fry served in crisp lettuce cups; vege mince if requested)
- Sun 4 May, 10am: Tandoori Chicken (or Paneer) Kebabs & Flatbreads
- Sun 8 Jun: Peach & Blueberry Galette
Cost: £37.50 includes all the tuition, ingredients, materials, equipment and use of an apron – we may just ask you to bring specific packaging with you, such as a dinner plate or tray, to help them carry things home.
